Congress has worked with RWD on more than thirty projects spanning a wide range of themes and 100,000 square feet of exhibit space. The New Visitor Experience was one of those projects, a striking integration of state-of-the-art technology into the beaux-arts Library. The goals of the project were to create new exhibition galleries, increase the Library\u2019s relevance to patrons, and to update the Library\u2019s image as a must-see, practical, personal, and modern destination.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>RWD\u2019s designs are a perfect balance of modern tech elements, such as a collage of digital monitors, and traditional pieces, such as the cases designed specifically for the Library by Michael Graves. Interactive stations that allow visitors to electronically record items of personal interest throughout their visits are central elements included in each gallery.
